The products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable, fully-functional, and try-before-you-buy. We offer a 30-day trial to let you fully evaluate our products before you make a purchase decision.
Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. All of our software is fully-functional during the trial period.
A license key is valid only for the specified product, and only for one Operating System on one computer. Separate computers or operating systems require separate license keys.
If you purchase license(s) for our products, you will receive an email with the link to download valid license key(s) after your payment has been confirmed. Once this information is emailed to you, no refunds will be granted. This policy ensures that monetary returns are not made to purchasers who retain the license key and use of the product while avoiding payment.
Our support staff is available to assist in installation and configuration via email. We strongly recommend that all customers download, install, and test the trial version of our product PRIOR to making a purchase.
